Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: 11 Mar 2026

At CAPTURESQUE, we understand that plans can change. However, due to the custom nature of our creative services and the time invested in planning, coordination, and execution, we follow a clear cancellation policy to protect both our team and our clients.


1. Project-Based Services

For ongoing or one-time services (e.g. content creation, branding, production, design, social media management):

  • Cancellation Before Project Start: You may cancel up to 7 business days before the agreed project start date for a full refund (minus any consultation or administrative fees).
  • Cancellation After Project Has Started: If the project is already in progress, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed and expenses incurred. Any completed deliverables will be shared, and applicable costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • Last-Minute Cancellations (within 48 hours): Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the project start are non-refundable due to scheduling and resource commitments.

2. Retainers or Monthly Contracts

For ongoing services on a monthly retainer:

  • A 15-day written notice is required for cancellation.
  • Work already delivered or in progress during the notice period will be billed as agreed.
  • Any unused hours or credits may not be carried forward unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products (e-magazines, templates, etc.), all sales are final and non-cancellable once the product is delivered or downloaded.


4. Event or Shoot Bookings

For production-related bookings (e.g. shoots, filming, set days):

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 business days in advance to receive a refund of any deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date may forfeit the deposit in full, depending on the nature of the production and vendor commitments.

5. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
